Organ transplantation is a life-saving medical procedure that has significantly improved the quality of life for millions of people worldwide. In recent years, there have been remarkable advancements in transplantation techniques, immunosuppressive therapies, and organ preservation methods. This article provides a comprehensive review of recent research and developments in the field of transplantation, highlighting key findings and their implications for clinical practice. The report addresses the critical issue of organ shortage and explores alternative approaches, such as expanded criteria donors, living donors, and xenotransplantation.
