This intricate network of pathways ensures the proper functioning of cellular processes, including protein sorting, organelle distribution, cellular communication, and waste disposal. Cellular trafficking relies on a combination of vesicular transport, molecular recognition, and signaling pathways to orchestrate the movement of cargo within the cell. Dysregulation of this process is implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic diseases.
