Pseudoexfoliation syndrome is a common age-related condition characterized by the accumulation of abnormal protein deposits on various ocular structures, including the lens capsule. In some cases, these deposits can also develop on intraocular lens implants following cataract surgery, leading to potential complications. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of bilateral pseudo exfoliation deposits on IOL implants, including their clinical presentation, risk factors, diagnostic methods, and management strategies.
