Bioplastics, derived from renewable resources such as plants, algae, and microorganisms, have emerged as a promising solution to mitigate the ecological impact of conventional plastics. This abstract explores the key aspects of bioplastics, including their composition, production processes, environmental benefits, and current applications. Bioplastics encompass a diverse range of materials, including polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), and starch-based polymers.
